Started in 2007, Synergy Project Contractors, Inc. (Synergy), under the direction of its President and owner, Luis Luna, has evolved into a successful 8(a) SBA Graduate, HUBZone & Texas HUB construction firm, serving the Federal Government at bases across Texas, New Mexico, and the United States.

Synergy has had a longtime presence providing services for MEDCOM and MILCON MATOCS as a JV partner at Ft. Bliss and many other DOD installations. In addition, Synergy has self-performed at Ft. Bliss, Dyess AFB, Holloman AFB, the El Paso, TxDOT, and TX private sector.

Synergy’s reputation and success with USACE Ft. Worth District has garnered Single Award projects at Ft. Bliss, Kirtland AFB, and the White Sands Missile Range.

Synergy has been a consistent and reliable performer, demonstrated by additional direct awards of multi-million projects through USACE Ft. Worth District, Ft. Bliss MICC, USACE Albuquerque District Office, Texas Department of Transportation, El Paso Department of Housing: the Emergency Health Network of El Paso County, and additional MEDCOM Task Orders for new construction at Ft. Sam Houston, Ft. Knox, Ft. Eustis, and Ft. Meade.
